U.S.D.A. premiered a music video for their song “Throw This Money”.
The track is from their “Cold Summer: The Authorized Mixtape” which is a 2007 album released by the rap trio , which consists of rappers Young Jeezy, Slick Pulla, and Blood Raw.

Common “I Want You”(Music Video) »

Common released a music video today for his song called “I Want You”. It’s the fourth single from the “Finding Forever” album .
The song was produced by Will.i.am, and has samples from Minnie Riperton’s “Baby, This Love I Have”, and Bob James’ version of “Feel Like Making Love”.
Kanye West (who was was the executive producer of the album) Derek Luke, Serena Williams and Alicia Keys appear in the video.
Kerry Washington was the director of the project.

“L.A.” Reid Supports Nas “Nigger” Album »

Island Def Jam Music Group Chairman Antonio “L.A.” Reid is 100% behind Nas controversial album “Nigger” that will hit stores on December 11.
Whereas Al Sharpton is totally against the LP saying that Nas is helping racist people.

The two men were interviewed at the Manhattan premiere of “American Gangster” at the Apollo Theater last night.

TI Pleads Not Guilty »

TI pleaded not guilty earlier today to three charges of illegally possessing silencers and machine guns.
His lawyers were seeking to have him released on a 2.2 million dollar bond and would be on electronic monitoring and home confinement.
He was also denied bail at a federal court hearing Monday
Federal agents from the US Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives arrested the rapper in Atlanta Saturday.
He was due to have appeared at the BET hip hop awards.
The rapper had been nominated for nine awards, more than any other artist, and won two.
TI could face up to five years in prison if convicted.

Nas Releasing “Nigger” Album On December 11 »


Nas wants to keep his controversial album title despite rumors suggesting otherwise.The “Nigger” CD is expected to drop on December 11.The “Street disciple” rapper spoke to MTV News earlier today saying:

“I don’t know where that [report] came from and neither does Def Jam,” Nas said early Thursday morning (October 18) in a Manhattan recording studio when asked about a Fox News article published earlier this week. The story quoted a “source close to” label head L.A. Reid, who scoffed at the thought of the company supporting an album with such a title, and also claimed the album was not on the label’s release schedule. “None of us knows where that came from.”

Nelly “Wadsyaname” Music Video »

Nelly premiered a music video for his song “Wadsyaname” which is the first official single from his fifth studio album “Brass Knuckles” out on November 13, 2007.

The song was produced by Neff-U, and samples the piano line from “All My Life” by K-Ci & JoJo.
