Jay-Z New Album – Jay-Z did an interview with MTV where he gave some hints on his next album and revealed despite the controversy created by Noel Gallagher And Oasis,he would still work with him.
Jay-Z on his historic appearance at England’s Glastonbury Festival:
“Well, I’m pretty much now in a great place, I’m in the zone.” “Glastonbury was a historic event for me, I played Milton Keynes the day after that and it’s just … You know, I’m feeling the love. Any time you can come from where I come from — Brooklyn, New York, everybody knows the story — [and] come so far. It’s not that it’s that far, but to come overseas and have people embrace you the way I’ve been embraced thus far, it’s just an amazing feeling.”
Jay-Z on his feelings towards Oasis’ Noel Gallagher:
“I haven’t spoken to him.” “I heard he was reaching out, but I haven’t spoken to him.”"Anyone.” “Oasis as well — it doesn’t matter to me, I don’t bear any grudge, it’s all good. I just believe in good music and bad music, I’ve always said that. You look at any interview from the beginning of time, I’ve always stated that I don’t believe in the lines and classifications that people put music in so they can easily define it.”

Jim Jones Introduces Byrd Gang, Preps New CD – Jim Jones who introduced his new rap group, Byrd Gang,and their debut album, “M.O.B.,” last night has revealed that he will drop a new record in September.Here is what Jones told billboard about Byrd Gang that is comprised of Jones along with MCs Mel Matrix, NOE, Freekey Zekey, Sandman, Oshy and producer Chink Santana.
“There’s a record called “Byrd Gang Money’ that I never serviced but it’s playing in clubs up and down the East Coast,”"I’m going to shoot that video along with the ‘Mr. Good Stuff’ video, which is the first single off my Columbia album, and release them together.”
For his own LP ,Jones revealed that he has already hit the studio with Rick Rubin, Chink Santana, No ID, Supa Dave, Ron Brownz and Chris Styles and added:

Mos Def Wife Tell-All Book: Alana Wyatt-Smith “Breaking The Code Of Silence” – Mos Def’s wife Alana Wyatt-Smith is writing a tell all book inspired by “Superhead”.Wyatt-Smith’s memoir is called Breaking the Code of Silence and it chronicles her abusive marriage to Mos and her experience with famous athletes,musicians, including Kanye West.Check what she had to say about the whole thing:
“I disagree with putting names of people in there, just out of respect for their wives and children,” the seventh grade dropout tells The Toronto Star. “If this was about making money, getting rich, I could have wrote a tell-all book 10 times better than Karrine Steffans.”
“People want to know about the biggest names in the NBA, who proposed to who, and did what, and this and that; I could have put some stuff in there that would have made it a number one seller within days. I use nicknames, initials, that myself and the gentleman would know; the ones named I got permission from.”Alana also laments that, despite separating in October 2006, Mos still refuses to grant her a divorce:“He told my lawyer if he can’t have me, nobody else will.”
